Each day during the contest, a prize (prizes vary and will be announced prior to the cue-to-call by the announcer) will be awarded to the 9th caller once the sounder of a penny drop occurs. The contest phone number is 909-798-5600.

To be eligible to be a contestant in the KOLA PENNY PAYOFF, a contestant must find a "KOLA PENNY" – otherwise known as a penny with (3)(9s) that has a stamped date of 1999 on the face.  That penny must be shown (after winning) at the KOLA Studios (1940 Orange Tree Lane Suite 200 Redlands Ca 92374) in order to claim any prize associated with the "KOLA PENNY PAYOFF" contest.
