Woke up to a very unusual looking day (for the Hi Desert).. very gray and foggy.  But, my tradition at home has become to raise a brand new American Flag on September 11th each year.  By Presidential Proclamation, flags are to be flown at half-staff on this “Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance”.  See the entire Proclamation  HERE
