

Los Angeles Lakers forward Matt Barnes was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Jail on Wednesday on felony charges of domestic violence. The 30-year-old was charged with maliciously obstructing the use of a telephone line. He posted a 50-thousand-dollar bond and was released Wednesday night. Barnes has told a Sacramento TV station that he was the victim in the incident. The UCLA product Barnes, signed a two-year, 3.6-million-dollar contract with the Lakers in July and has yet to play a game for the team.
