It’s back to rehab for Lindsay Lohan.  The actress received the news at her  probation hearing in Beverly Hills this morning.  Judge Elden Fox said he would allow Lohan to remain in treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic where she has been residing for the past four weeks.  Lohan is expected to remain in the treatment facility until at least January 3rd of next year.  She will avoid further jail time if she stays clean.  Judge Fox said Lohan would be subject to drug testing in between her release from rehab and her next court hearing which is scheduled for February 25th.  The judge said he would convert her sentence to unsupervised probation if Lohan does not test positive for drugs or alcohol at the time of her next hearing.
