A Rialto man wanted in connection with a double murder in Colton over the weekend was shot and killed during a stand off with police last night. Authorities were serving a search warrant at an apartment on North F street in San Bernardino when Tory Reed barricaded himself inside. He allegedly charged at detectives when they tried to take him into custody and he was shot. Reed died at the scene.
Meantime Rialto police say they have made an arrest in connection with the April 10th murder of a 20 year old Joshua Huizar in a Taco Bell drive thru. 20 year old Dalray Kawane Andrews of Rialto was arrested Tuesday morning.
 
 Inland Empire drivers are paying an average price of four-dollars-and-19-cents at the pump after the 15th consecutive increase yesterday. The price for a gallon of gas in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is four-cents higher than last week and 24-cents higher than last month at this time.

We’re learning more about the Monday evening incident in which an aircraft carrying First Lady Michelle Obama was forced to abort its landing at Andrews Air Force Base. The FAA is investigating why Mrs. Obama’s plane was cleared for landing on a runway on which a military cargo jet was taking off.

The issue of deficit reduction hits Facebook today as President Obama touts his proposal. Obama will host a town hall-style meeting at Facebook’s headquarters in Northern California. He’ll be in LA tomorrow for a fundraiser.

An LA judge refused Charlie Sheens request to take full custody of his twin boys from estranged wife Brooke Mueller. Sheen wanted to change the custody arrangement after reports surfaced that Brooke had re-entered rehab.
