The mandate requires most Americans to purchase health insurance coverage or face monetary penalties. The individual mandate is the heart of the Affordable Care Act, President Obama’s signature legislative achievement. The ruling is a huge victory for Obama and congressional Democrats.
A girls j-v soccer coach at Ontario Christian High School is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student. Ontario police arrested 56-year-old Earl Wayne Gann of Corona Tuesday morning. The victim told school authorities that Gann inappropriately touched and kissed her while she was alone with him in the school’s training room.
