A Murrieta man is facing 13 felony charges that he raped four women including one in Lake Elsinore more than 10 years ago. 44 year old Melbrough Williams Jr. is accused of preying on prostitutes and could make his first court appearance today.
A UC Irvine professor said to be distraught over his son’s suicide has been charged with arson. Prosecutors say Professor Rainer Reinscheid allegedly set three arson fires at University high school where his son attended, and wrote emails threatening to kills students and administrators at the school.
