Often-troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has been arrested.  This time, for allegedly clipping a pedestrian as she parked her SUV, then leaving.  TMZ reports Lohan was parking her Porsche Cayenne in downtown New York City when she hit the knee of a man who was standing nearby.  TMZ says one of Lohan’s passengers got out and checked the Porsche for damage, then Lohan and company went into the Dream Hotel.  This was around 2 a.m. Eastern.  Someone reportedly called police, and when Lohan came out around 2:30, officers arrested her for leaving the scene of an accident.
