That’s a few degrees shy of yesterday’s blistering high of 107, which set a record for the date. Looks like we’ll start to see some relief beginning tomorrow with even cooler temps by the weekend.
The San Bernardino City Council is cutting fire department funding to help reduce the city’s 46-million dollar budget deficit. The council voted 4-1 to slash the Fire Department budget by $2.9 million.

The “Hollywood” sign is getting a facelift. Starting today, crews will begin repainting the large white letters that sit on the Hollywood Hills. Its the most extensive renovation of the sign in 35 years.
