A tourist’s picture of a New York City cop’s act of kindness for a homeless man is becoming a sensation on Facebook.  An Arizona tourist snapped the pic of New York City Police Officer Larry DePrimo giving a pair of insulated boots and thermal socks to a homeless man.  DePrimo says his heart went out to the man he saw sitting there on a cold night without shoes.  He went into a Skechers store and purchased the boots.  The image was posted on the NYPD’s Facebook page where more than 300-thousand people have “liked” it.
