Dozens of officers who fired on suspected cop killer Christopher Dorner are now officially off the hook. The San Bernardino County District Attorney has found 37 officers were justified in firing upon Dorner during a standoff near Big Bear nearly a year ago.

Today is not a good day to fly to or from the South. More than 25-hundred flights have been cancelled today, mostly in Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina due to a major ice storm.

Graco is recalling nearly 3-point-eight million car safety seats because kids can be trapped in them when buckles won’t unlatch. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration wants seven other models recalled as well but the company has refused so far. Graco says it will replace the buckles in the eleven models it is recalling sold from 2009 to 2013 free of charge. These are the models being recall: Cozy Cline, Comfort Sport, Classic Ride 50, My Ride 65, My Ride 70, My Ride 65 with Safety Surround, Size4Me 70, My Size 70, Head Wise 70, Smart Seat. Toyota is recalling nearly two-million Prius hybrid cars over faulty software.  Most of the affected vehicles are in North America, Japan and Europe.  The recalled cars were manufactured between March 2009 and February 2014.  There are no reported accidents or injuries related to the problem.

A wire terrier named Sky from Rialto won last nights prestigious Westminster Dog Show. Handler Gabriel Rangel won the Westminster show four years ago with another dog.

Tom Brokaw is battling cancer.  NBC announced Tuesday that the veteran news anchor has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, which affects blood cells in the bone marrow but called the prognosis “encouraging.”

David Cassidy’s wife is no longer standing by her man.  Sue Cassidy has filed for divorce from the former teen idol after 23 years of marriage.
