The Inland Empire is getting hammered with its second storm in a couple of days. This storm is expected to drop 2 to 4 inches of rain in Southern California, possibly causing flash floods. The San Bernardino County fire department has deployed fast water rescue teams in the High Desert and the inland valley. Evacuations have been ordered in the homes below the Glendora burn area over concerns of mudslides. The High Desert will get high winds of up to 50 mph and good news for skiers the local mountains are expected to get a couple of feet of snow.

A Fontana couple was arrested earlier this week after a three year old foster child in their care received second degree aeresol burns over much of her body. 35 year old Robert Ismael is accused of child abuse while 29 year old Emily Ismael is facing charges of child endangerment. Two other foster children were removed from the home.

A Lowe’s home improvement store in Murrieta is facing a lawsuit over a dog attack that happened at the store. The family of the three-year-old boy bitten by the Akita back on December 28th says store employees were negligent for not telling the dog’s owner he couldn’t bring the dog into the store. The boy was bitten on the face and need 50 stitches.

The Oscars are going live this year – online. Keeping up with the changing times, ABC is offering a live stream of the Academy Awards for the first time ever this Sunday, March 2nd. The move will present five different ways to watch the ceremony – on the ABC network; on Oscar.com; on ABC.com; WatchABC.com; and the ABC Watch app.

It looks like actors Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are engaged. E! News says Kunis was seen sporting a diamond on her ring finger Thursday, and sources say the couple plan to be married. The couple has not confirmed those reports.
