Authorities are looking for at least a suspect in connection with a series of indecent exposure incidents on Riverside college campuses. Police say all three incidents took place this past Monday on the campuses of U.C. Riverside and Riverside City College. In each instance, a man pulled up in a car to a female victim and asked them a question, only to expose himself. The suspect is described as latino man in his 30′s driving a dark colored 90′s model Lexus.
The Food and Drug Administration wants to put new regulations on e-cigarettes. The FDA will propose rules today that would immediately make e-cigarettes off-limits to anyone younger than 18. Public health experts say manufacturers are increasingly aim e-cigarettes at kids, with flavors including strawberry and thin mint. Supporters say e-cigarettes are safer than tobacco cigarettes and can help people quit smoking.
Federal regulators plan to propose new rules that will allow Internet providers to create a so-called “fast lane” for certain websites and streaming services. The proposal would allow companies to pay internet providers to make sure their sites load faster than their competitors. Net neutrality activists say this will give large companies an advantage.

An assistant principal at Rialto’s Carter High School has been arrested on forgery charges. 48 year old Kimberly Watson was taken in to custody last Friday. Officials say the case is unrelated to her job at the school.
