Christine McVie joined Fleetwood Mac for “Don’t Stop” in London last night. She was only onstage for that one song . . . but she seemed to enjoy it. Stevie Nicks has said that Christine will appear again at Fleetwood Mac’s final London show this week.
Meanwhile, – it was all about reunions – Peter Green a founding member of Fleetwood Mac who left in 1970 . . . was in the crowd for the show, and Stevie dedicated the song “Landslide” to him. Check out the video on the KOLA facebook page now.
Tina Fey is making fun of her wardrobe malfunction at the Emmys this past week. Oh – did you miss it? Most people did. Its was quick. But some creepy guy put his DVR is slo-mo and now we all know. Tina was wearing a drape-y low cut dress and while accepting her award for best comedy writing when it happened. Anyway – SNL is back this weekend. Season premiere and Tina is hosting. Check out some of the promos she made with Kenan Thompson.. they are hilarious and the last one – well lets just say she had a double malfunction!

Madonna and Sean Penn reunited this week in New York City, at the premiere of her “Secret Project Revolution” a short movie about protecting freedom of expression. They even took a picture together. I love that he still supports her after all these years. Btw – looks like Lindsay Lohan is back in the A-list game. She was also invited to the event and theres a few pics of her with Madonna. Pretty cool.
A lost Beach Boys recording was recently found in a closet. Ian Gane recorded the band in 1964 at a show in London on a reel-to-reel machine in his house. Capitol Records has purchased the tape. Gane, who was in a band at the time, says “Everyone recorded things off the radio back then. What most people did was, they’d put a microphone next to the speaker, but I wired directly into the radio to get the best quality.”
Oprah Winfrey Almost Had A Nervous Breakdown … she admitted she needed to calm down because her life was moving too fast. She says she was just so busy – filming a movie, (The Butler) and running around the country interviewing celebs for her network. Just goes to show you all the money in the world doesn’t protect Oprah from having a bad day. Sorry – I cant give her too much sympathy. I love Oprah – but if your tired – take a nap. Say no. You’re a bagillionaire – you don’t need to work. The single mom who is juggling kids and has to work long hours? That’s where my sympathy goes. Sorry Oprah.
