Miley Cyrus was on SNL over the weekend. And right off the bat – during the monologue she poked fun at herself. Everything from the VMA’s to the annoying tongue habit – but nothing on Sinead O’Conner. She got a LOT of bad reviews. She didn’t exactly bomb, but she didn’t have people rolling in the aisles either. (She started off by promising not to twerk. She said it wasn’t cool anymore, now that white people are doing it.)
This morning – she appeared on the Today show. And she just told Matt Lauer she’ll probably stop being so sexual when she turns 40 … because that’s the age when people STOP having sex. She of course is wearing something remarkably inappropriate – a pair of really short shorts. And when Matt asked if Miley’s hyper “sexual side” is just a phase or something she expects to grow out of? Thats when she insulted him for being too old to be frisky anymore. I will put the video on the website in about 15-minutes. Here’s the video of Miley and Matt.
Halle Berry and Oliver Martinez are the proud parents of a new baby boy. There’s no word on the name yet. This is Halle’s second child. She has a 5-year-old daughter named Nahla with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey. BTW – Halle will star in a 13-episode series next summer. The 47-yr old is going to play anastronaut trying to reconnect with her family when she returns after a year in outer space. Her experiences lead to events that change the course of history.
Speaking of astronauts lost in space – Sandra Bullocks flick was #1 at the box office over the weekend. “Gravity,” raked in more than 55-million bucks. Side note – Sandra Bullock was not the first choice to play this role. She wasn’t even the second. She was #6… after Angelina Jolie, Marion Cotillard, Scarlett Johansson, Blake Lively and Natalie Portman all turned it down. Not that she should care – the movie just set a record for the biggest opening weekend ever in the month of October.
