After 22 years – Jay Leno said goodbye to The Tonight Show. And dozens of celebrities stopped by to say goodbye. Some gave advice – like Charlie Sheen, Steve Carell, Miley Cyrus, Martha Stewart and President Obama. Garth Brooks performed. And Billy Crystal was his guest – who did a song and dance number to the sound of music – goodbye farewell with a bunch of famous faces – like Kim K, Carol Burnett, and Oprah. Of course Jay teared up – said he lost his parents and brother early on when he started hosting… and that the Tonight Show became his family. But that he is ready to pass the torch to Jimmy Fallon. Kelly Ripa is the bomb. She made a Super Bowl bet that she had to do an entire show without makeup – and yesterday was pay-up day. Yesterday was also the day the gorgeous George Clooney was the guest. In the beginning of the show she told the audience – ‘dont adjust your dials, there is nothing wrong with your tv, one of us is wearing make up… the other is not. ‘ Clooney told her she looked absolutely beautiful – and she really did!  


In other news – Marvin Gaye’s passport was discovered on Antiques Roadshow. True story. It was discovered by a long-time Motown fan who found it in a record he bought at a garage sale for 50-cents. It was actually an estate sale for the late singer – he bought a bunch of albums for less than a buck. The 1964 passport has been valued at 20-thsnd dollars.
