A female Whitney Houston fan has been arrested after forcing an American Airlines flight to make an unscheduled landing when she would not stop belting out renditions of Houston’s songs. The Los Angeles to New York flight stopped off in Kansas City due to the woman’s disruptive behaviour.”The woman was being disruptive and was removed from the plane for interfering with the flight crew,” airport spokesman Joe McBride told Kansas City’s KCTV. “There was a federal air marshall on the aircraft, who subdued the woman and put her in cuffs and removed her from the plane.”

Whitney Houston (pictured in 2007) drowned in a bath in a hotel in February.

Video posted on YouTube showed the woman refused to stop singing, even as she was escorted from the plane. She continued to belt out the late Houston’s massive hit I Will Always Love You (originally written and performed by Dolly Parton) as marshalls took her away in handcuffs. The woman was questioned and released without charge, but was forced to find an alternative way to get to New York after American Airlines refused to carry her on another flight.Flying is becoming more and more an adventure these days!
