The 21 year old Fontana woman believed to have caused a crash that killed six people over the weekend in Diamond Bar had a previous DUI conviction. Court records show Olivia Culbreath was convicted of DUI when she was17 and restrictions on her license had just been lifted last week. Culbreath remains hospitalized and is accused of triggering an accident that left six people dead including her 24 year old sister Maya who also had a history of drunk driving.

Former child star Shirley Temple has died. The actress, who was known throughout her adult life as Shirley Temple Black, died of natural causes yesterday at her home near San Francisco. Tem,ple gave up acting at age 21 and served as a US Ambassador in the late 1980′s. She was 85.

Julia Roberts half sister Nancy Motes was found dead of appararent drug overdose in LA over the weekend. She was just 37. Roberts has canceled several upcoming appearances.

Authorities are searching for a female bank robber in Hemet.  Police say a black female walked into a U.S. Bank Branch on South Sanderson Avenue Monday morning and demanded money from a teller.  The robber was able to flee with an undisclosed amount of money.  She was last seen running from the parking lot, and has yet to be tracked down.

The joke is over at “Dumb Starbucks” in Los Feliz.  The coffee joint had been operating under the parody law, and using the Starbucks logo, but adding “dumb” to the title to just about everything, like “dumb” iced caramel macchiato, “dumb” ice vanilla latte and “dumb” ice cafe mocha.  Mere moments after Nathan Fielder, star of the “Comedy Central show” “Nathan For You,” stepped out as the CEO of the coffee shop, the health department came in and shut it down.
