This is gotta one of the goofiest things I’ve ever seen.   Known as Prancercise, Johanna Rohrback’s new workout is described as “a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse’s gait.  Really?  prance like a horse?  See the video here.  What do you think?  Face Book here.
