Talk about luck! The anonymous South Carolina winner of the $400 million Poweball jackpot admits he was looking hot dog buns before buying 20 dollars worth of lottery tickets.  He stopped to get gas at a Murphy Express gas station in Columbia, South Carolina the day of the drawing last Wednesday and his wife told him to buy some hot dog buns. The store didn’t sell buns, but after seeing the $400 million prize advertised, the he bought $20 in quick picks lottery tickets instead. It was only his second time playing the lottery, he told officials. Holy cow!  Face Book here.
