Ronnie Spector is no longer with us. The leader of The Ronettes, best known for the hit, “Be my baby,” lost her battle with cancer. She was 78-years old. Her family said, “Ronnie lived life with a twinkle in her eye, a spunky attitude, a wicked sense of humor and a smile on her face. She was filled with love and gratitude.
