Billy Joel announced today (5/23) that he will be canceling all scheduled concerts following a recent diagnosis of normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH). The condition was apparently made worse by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision, and balance. Click HERE for the complete list of cancelled shows. The Piano Man had taken a fall onstage in February and, at that time, postponed his shows through June. Joel is undergoing specific physical therapy and said in a statement that he looks forward to the day that he can take the stage again. Me too! Wishing him a full and speedy recovery.
