Cross-country skiing may not be the most exciting Olympic sport but it became one this week, (02.18) thanks to a playful pooch! A dog stole the spotlight running onto the course and following two female skiers across the finish line. Turns out the Czechoslovakian wolfdog named Nazgul, lives nearby and his owners are related to one of the 2026 Winter Games officials. They said Nazgul escaped from their house because they were leaving and he wanted to join in on the fun!
