I remember first noticing Harry Styles years ago at a One Direction show and thinking he clearly had something different. Before long, he was out on his own and touring the world as a solo artist. I have seen him a few times since then, including Coachella a few years back, and I had been wondering what he had been up to lately since he had been a little quieter for a while.
Now he is back with a new album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally., and this cover of Tears for Fears’ “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” is a strong reminder of why he has lasted. It is smooth, controlled, and it is one of my absolute favorites we play on KOLA.
